RESPR Wind Energy Assessment products are RESPR Atmospheric Simulation Technology (AST) based wind speed and direction data usually provided at very high resolution (1-km or finer) at several customer specified heights above ground level (AGL) such as 15-m, 30-m, 50-m, 80-m, and 100-m and corresponding energy estimates for customer specified wind turbines.  Additionally, such wind information can be produced at 10′s of locations to cover large sections of land considered for wind project development.

These simulation data sets are provided in an hourly format for customer specified year(s).   Yearlong simulations are usually completed within a few weeks.  Similarly, multiple simulation years can be produced within a few months.

One of the most important aspects of RESPR Atmospheric Simulation Technology is the flexibility it offers to produce custom simulation data products at customer specified locations, heights, resolution, etc.  RESPR Wind Energy Assessment takes advantage of this flexibility in every wind assessment project it engages in.

Step 1:  Give us a call to get answers for any unanswered questions you might still have.

Step 2:  Let us know your site’s latitude/longitude, the height(s) you want to receive our data for, the time periods (one year to 10+ years).

Step 3:  Wait for 30 or fewer calendar days to receive your own location specific, height specific, year specific wind data. 

Note:  Mutiple simulation years will take more than 30 calendar days.  For example, 10 years of simulations can be produced in 3 to 4 months, depending on our work load.
